Charlie Kirkify AI publishes public guides, policy pages, and product explanations. This page explains how we keep those pages accurate, understandable, and reviewable.

Our goal is simple: users should be able to understand what the product does, what it does not do, and what rules apply before they use it.

Scope of Our Public Content

We maintain three major content types:

• Product guidance pages (how to use the tool, what inputs work best, common failure modes)
• Policy pages (privacy, terms, content policy, AI disclosure, refunds)
• Editorial articles (practical, product-adjacent topics about AI-edited media)

We do not treat the content layer as filler for search traffic. Each page should have a clear user purpose.

Source and Writing Rules

When writing or updating a page, we follow these rules:

• Keep claims specific and tied to the actual product behavior
• Avoid fabricated metrics, fake testimonials, or unverifiable claims
• Distinguish factual statements from opinion or commentary
• Prefer plain language over vague marketing phrasing
• Mark AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs clearly where relevant

If a claim cannot be justified, we remove or rewrite it.

Sample and Gallery Standards

For public example galleries, we use internal test outputs or authorized materials and provide context around what the examples represent.

We avoid presenting generated images as evidence of real-world events. Example pages should explain expected quality patterns and limitations rather than only displaying images.

Updates and Corrections

We review core public pages regularly and update them when product behavior or policy changes.

When we identify content that is misleading, unclear, or outdated, we aim to:

1. Correct it quickly
2. Update the last_updated date
3. Add clarifying language when needed

Abuse, Rights, and Takedown Handling

If a page or generated output is reported for abuse, impersonation, or rights concerns, we review the report in good faith and may remove or restrict access when appropriate.
